Our Cleveland team of rental specialists will help you secure the right tenant for your property. We conduct a thorough background check on applicants including credit check, eviction history, and criminal history. We also verify their identity and require they provide proof of income.
We will advertise your listing on all real estate websites including Zillow, Realtor.com, ForRent.com, Homes.com, Rent.com, Apartments.com, and all brokerage websites.
Prior to allowing interested parties access your property, we require them to complete a short information sheet providing personal identification information, current housing status, and employment status.
Once an applicant is ready to move forward, we run them through our Experion-powered applicant vetting software to thoroughly vet them prior to accepting their application.
We check:
- credit history
- criminal history
- housing history
- eviction history
- employment status
- identity verification
We pass this information along to you so you can make an educated decision on any potential applicant.
Keller Williams provides all of the lease documentation required to secure your tenant. The only form we cannot provide is the actual lease, which you provide to us.
We make sure you are in compliance with the required forms for your new tenants.
Our fee to find you a creditworthy tenant is the greater of one month’s rent or $1500.
The fee is collected directly from the tenant in the form of a security deposit. All you have to do is hand over the keys to your new tenants!
