"Lisa was beyond amazing to work with and made our first time home buying experience as pleasant as it could be. She is very experienced and offers very realistic and practical advise without pushing a sale. My wife and I move from Texas to Cleveland and were tasked with finding a house while still living in Texas. This was quite the challenge, but Lisa helped us along the entire way. She was very available and provided a tremendous amount of information. From the beginning, she provided listings that were in our areas of interest and our price range. She did a great job of finding houses in the upper and lower end of the range. Additionally, she has a great understanding of the neighborhoods. When we finally flew up to see the houses, she was very warm and welcoming. One of the things I liked most about working with her was that she never pushed buying a house. She provided her opinion with the disclaimer that the decision to buy was ultimately up to us and she never wanted to force a purchase. Ultimately, we didn’t find a suitable house the first round and had to try again. A house popped up on the market that was absolutely perfect for us, but we were unable to leave town. After working with Lisa and meeting her in person, I felt comfortable having her look at the house on our behalf. She sent very thorough videos and provided objective information the pros/cons of the house. We actually ended up placing an offer on the house with the information she provided. She provided some top notch tactics on placing a desirable bid, and we actually ended up buying the house! Down the road, we learned that the owners had left a number of broken appliances in the basement when she kindly agreed to perform the presale inspection on our behalf. She advocated for us and worked with the seller to have the items removed. After the purchase, she even helped us find reputable tradesmen to help with some minor repairs. Overall, I could not be happier with Lisa. I feel like she was a critical factor in us buying our first house. I felt like she went above and beyond, and continuously displayed a kind trustworthiness."
